I personally had a great experience here. My stylist was Lisa and I am super nervous about people cutting my hair especially when it was really long. She did exactly as I asked and didn't cut off any more than I asked for. I showed her a picture of the color I wanted and she matched it perfectly. To me, it is affordable for great service. I had super long hair and it was under $100.
