This review is a little difficult for me to write because I'm not certain how to express the mix of feelings produced after my first yoga class. I put off trying yoga for years and I'm not really sure why. But on Monday evening I decided that the time was now for trying yoga and I signed up online to take a class the next evening at Inner Bodyworks Yoga. My first class was an all levels class with Heather. I had a blast and left feeling a curious mix of tired and energized, calm and excited. Heather was very generous and encouraging and the experience was kinda like mixing a cocktail containing zen, army PT, a flash mob, and a massage.
