There are several people in town who offer crane training. I have sent several people to them, and hands-down, this is the best company in town to train on a crane. The instructor has a degree in education from a California State University. This business has been manufacturing & servicing & inspecting cranes for 38 years, unlike other training companies. From the moment you sign up, you are treated like a person, not a dollar sign. These people take the time to make sure you know what you are doing, not just lucky. Another guy in town is using wrong & outdated material, and he does not train people to operate a crane properly....so you fail and he charges you full price to re-take his classes. Most of my employees that went through Safety Seminars at Mobile Equipment passed the NCCCO exam their first time. The 2 guys that did not pass, were allowed to re-take the class again for free, although we had to pay for re-testing fees (but those were minimal. They did not make money off my guys failing.) Both guys passed the second time, with high scores. Other people in town take you for a long, expensive ride....these people do the right thing, the first time. They do not 'nickle & dime' you to death. You get your money's worth.
