Had dinner there last night with a group of nine. Very, very slow service. We sat there for at least 20 minutes holding our menus with no bread or salsa. We could hear cheering from the kitchen so perhaps there was a sports event somewhere. Food was

My People love the Stuffed Veal Medallions, and the Scampi is awesome. Mom thinks the soup is the best in Bakersfield. They enjoy Benjis at least once a week.

Definitely my favorite Basque in town! I wrap the pickled tongue around the tomatoes/onions -- delicious. My favorite entree: scalone! Their house wine is eh, but they have a reasonably good wine list. I particularly like the Louis Jadot Beaujolais

My step father was French Basque, and I grew up going to the Basque restaurants in Bakersfield. It's been 13 years since I lived there, but whenever I come to town, Noriega's is definitely on my list! I love the bar. There's no other bar quite like it
