Went in there today to take a break from my usual Lassen's.
Sorry I did, the customer service lacked and the place was cramped and small, it's a good thing I was the only one in there or else I think it'd be too crowded.

Lassen's has a great selection of natural/organic foods, more than you'll find at Trader Joe's although the prices are higher. I especially like their deli selection, and have a good choice of pre-packaged foods to pick up for lunch or dinner.
The deli is really good. The last time I was there, I got the veggie meatball sub. Very tasty, indeed. The service was really slow, but after I ate the sandwich, I didn't really care that much.
